Services

Residential Cleaning

• 
  A signed agreement and direct debit form must be completed before service begins.
• 
  Monthly payments are processed via direct debit; service may be paused if payment is missed.
• 
  Each visit requires a 2-hour minimum.
• 
  Duration estimates are based on a general description and may vary.
• 
  Refunds apply only if service is paused for more than 4 consecutive weeks.
• 
  Customers should provide instructions for any home alarm systems.
• 
  Pricing covers cleaning only, unless stated otherwise.

End of Tenancy Cleaning

• 
  Estimates may be updated if client needs change.
• 
  A 4-hour minimum applies.
• 
  Clients must supply equipment unless agreed otherwise. All tools must be safe and functional.

Deep Cleaning

• 
  Quotes may change if client needs change.
• 
  A 3-hour minimum per visit is required.
• 
  End-of-tenancy or very neglected properties may take longer.

Payments

• 
  Payment is due upon agreement unless otherwise arranged.
• 
  All ongoing payments are via direct debit.
• 
  Late payments may incur fees.
• 
  Unpaid invoices past 30 days are sent to collections with a 15% surcharge.

Complaints & Claims

• 
  Report issues (breakage, theft, poor service) within 24 hours.
• 
  Customers or representatives should inspect before and after service.
• 
  Inventory checks must be within 24 hours of service.
• 
  Complaints must be in writing.
• 
  Fragile items should be removed or secured.
• 
  Lost key liability is limited.
• 
  Damaged items will be repaired or reimbursed at current value.

Insurance

• 
  The company holds Public and Employer’s Liability Insurance.
• 
  Claims must be made within 24 hours.
• 
  A deductible applies to each claim.

Satisfaction Guarantee

• 
  Refunds are not guaranteed but may be offered at the company’s discretion.
• 
  If dissatisfied, we’ll re-clean affected areas—once only—with the customer present.
